If you find any existing defects or damages in the received goods, you must send a message to us by ‘Signal’ within seven days, and the goods must be returned with the original packaging and with “new" condition.

If customers is not suitable to use the products or having skin allergies caused by the use of the product, we will not take any responsibilities and would not return or exchange the products.
Flash discounts, short-term limited discounts, redemption discounted products and cash coupons are not refundable.
If there are problems with the products due to incorrect storage or incorrect use, requesting for return or replacement due to personal reasons would not be accepted.
Once verified, please bring the goods along with the original purchase receipt, in order to have the relevant return or exchange procedures, visit the store of Soapmum where you purchased the product. Procedures done by the third party would not be accepted.
Before accepting a returned product, Soapmum would check and verify whether the returned product meets the above requirements. If there is no problem, the return can be arranged.
Soapmum reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Soapmum will be the final judge.
